National Mushroom Day

Wait it’s #nationalmushroomday? Say it isn’t so! Just one day to celebrate so many mushroom moments, however will I choose which ones to show? From trails to my garden beds and lots of places in between, fascinating fungi are always underfoot sometimes hiding and often unseen. But fortunate for me hiking has become an adventure to find as many mushrooms as I can see. Today with gratitude, we celebrate you, mushrooms of all shapes and sizes and colors and hues, for your beauty, your symbolism, and just for being you!
